Protein-Eliminationsrate Laborrechner

Die Berechnung der Protein-Eliminationsrate dient der Qualitätskontrolle bei Maschineller Autotransfusion.^[1]
Sie basiert auf dem Volumen (V) sowie den Laborwerten für Eiweiß, ges. (TP) und Hämatokrit (Hkt), jeweils für Präparat (EK) und Wundblut (WB):

VEK (ml) * TPEK (g/l) * ( 1 - HktEK (%) / 100 ) / VWB (ml) * TPWB (g/l) * ( 1 - HktWB (%) / 100 )
